The staff at Twin Oaks  Elementary School believes that all students can learn. Our mission is to maintain a positive, safe and orderly learning environment where academic excellence is the standard, diversity is valued, and all children reach their full potential as students and as people through the 3 Pillars of Dual Immersion: Bilingualism & Biliteracy, Academic Achievement and Socio-cultural Competence.  The staff at Twin Oaks Elementary School in partnership with parents and community is committed to developing responsible, resourceful, life-long learners in an atmosphere of mutual respect, pride, and cooperation.  In accomplishing this mission, all students will acquire knowledge, skills, and attitudes to be successful in school and in a global society.
