The Twin Oaks Elementary School Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) is a dedicated group of parents and teachers who, through their time, effort, and resources, strive to enrich the educational experience of students and families.

School Transfer Permits

Transfer permits are available to families who live outside of our boundaries and want to attend a SMUSD school, and to those families who live within SMUSD boundaries, but want to attend a school other than their home school.
